Coordinate, motivate, and monitor team performance and activities based on assigned products/solutions.

Assist the sales team member in negotiations and deal-closing with potential customers.

Provide sales forecast and report sales progression/activities to the management.

Provide inputs to develop proper pricing strategies, balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction.

Develop & implement company go-to-market strategy.

Maintain company relationships with prospective customers by providing up-to-date promotional activities to secure and achieve business objectives.

Ascertain client needs and respond regarding products and services to strengthen mutual business commitment.

Take ownership and lead in compiling, preparing, and submitting tender or business proposals.

Ensure all reporting requirements, such as up-to-date customer profiles, weekly activities, and opportunity management, are maintained timely.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics/Geospatial/GIS, Civil Engineering/Construction, or Computer Science/Business Administration with good CGPA.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience and operating knowledge of GNSS/Total Station/3D Scanner/BIM/Digital Construction/3D Software is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales and product strategies.
  • Results-driven and proactive attitude.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driving license and preferably own transportation.
  • Applicants should have full working rights in Malaysia.
