Job description

Provide strategic leadership and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all functions are aligned and integrated.

Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with optimal profitability.

Monitor and assess project milestones regularly, identifying issues early and taking action to maintain progress.

Build and manage relationships among internal departments, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors, and suppliers, focusing on negotiating and motivating stakeholders and managing expectations.

Oversee construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage the subcontracting process, including scope definition, tender preparation, bid evaluation, pricing strategy, and cost estimation.

Review and approve major decisions, procurement approaches, and contract variations.

Ensure the effective implementation of all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in the Company’s Quality and Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.

Report regularly to the Chief Executive Officer on the status of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction field, preferably with experience in Advanced Technology Facilities (ATFs), Data Centers, and Warehouses projects.

Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
