Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Executive (Scheduler)!

Your responsibilities will include planning customer service appointments, assigning tasks, and coordinating with the service team to create optimal service schedules.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Plan customer service appointments and coordinate with the service team for optimal scheduling.
  2. Accurately input all data into the in-house system.
  3. Follow up with the service team to prevent backlogs.
  4. Analyze service team capacity data to improve scheduling.
  5. Compile and deliver service reports to customers upon request.
  6. Prepare monthly reports.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in capacity analysis and service scheduling (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other dialects is a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset.
  • Foreign employment is subject to approval by local authorities and visa regulations.

Highly desirable skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills across all levels.
