Job description

Project:

• Digital transformation to revamp the platforms and introduce up-to-date best practices, processes, and culture.
• Building the pioneer team of QA Automation department.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop best QA practices, frameworks, architecture, and processes.
• Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Must Have:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.

Nice to Have / Bonus:

• Financial institution experience.
• Tech refresh experience.
• Team lead experience.

Team / Culture:

• Collaborate effectively within the team and across teams in KL & SG.

Location:

• Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working arrangement - 2 days WFH).

Level / Grade:

• Senior, at least 4 years of experience or more.
