Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales of biomedical products and IoT solutions to healthcare and related markets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients including healthcare facilities, laboratories, and research institutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Attend and actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and marketing events.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the life sciences, clinical, or diagnostic industry is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of biomedical products, equipment, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel and own transportation.
