Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of biomedical products and IoT solutions to healthcare and related markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients including healthcare facilities, laboratories, and research institutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase benefits.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Attend and actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in the life sciences, clinical, or diagnostic industry is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of biomedical products, equipment, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Willingness to travel and own transportation.
- Annual leave of at least 14 – 18 days.
