A leading company in Kuching is seeking an Accounts and Administration Clerk to manage full sets of accounts, ensure timely collections, and assist with month-end and year-end activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in accounting or finance and possess solid accounting knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for resolving billing issues and collaborating with internal teams.

· Able to handle full set of accounts and maintain proper and accurate records of outstanding payables and receivables documentation, and ensure organized filing system.
· Able to maintain full sets of accounts and assist in performing month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables and payments, maintain accurate customer and payable accounts and records.
· Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Diploma/Degree qualification or equivalent in accounting/finance.
· Solid understanding of basic accounting processes.
· Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· High degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
