根据订单要求，安排每日/每周混凝土生产排程，确保按时交货。
Plan and execute production schedules based on customer orders to ensure timely delivery of concrete.

2. 监督现场生产流程

监控搅拌、出料、装车流程，确保生产效率最大化及质量稳定。
Monitor mixing, discharging, and loading operations to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent quality.

3. 客户服务与协调

及时处理客户投诉或特殊需求，保持良好客户关系。
Handle customer complaints or special requests promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.

4. 员工管理与团队建设

领导与监督司机、操作员及工地员工，进行日常点名、任务分配与纪律管理。
Lead and supervise drivers, operators, and site workers through daily briefings, task assignments, and discipline management.

5. 设备维护与巡检安排

安排搅拌机、皮带、电控系统等设备的保养与检查，减少停机风险。
Schedule maintenance and inspections for mixers, conveyors, and control systems to reduce downtime.

6. 执行站内“5S管理”, ISO与HSE标准

落实公司品质与安全管理体系，确保站内清洁、安全作业、环保达标。
Implement 5S management, ISO and HSE standards to ensure cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance at the plant.

7. 报表与数据管理

准备每日生产报表、每周效率记录、每月总结汇报，供运营与管理层参考。
Prepare daily production reports, weekly performance summaries, and monthly reviews for management use.

8. 精益管理与持续改善

推动站内“5S管理”，优化流程、减少浪费、提高产出。
Promote 5S management at the plant, streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

任职资格（Qualifications）

拥有1年以上生产或搅拌站管理经验为佳。
Minimum 1 year of experience in production or batching plant management preferable.

熟悉混凝土生产流程、原材料特性及设备运作（如搅拌机、空压机等）。
Familiar with concrete production process, material properties, and equipment such as mixers and compressors.

具备领导能力与调度协调能力，能带领10人以下团队完成目标。
Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of leading a team of up to 20 people.

沟通能力强，能有效与客户、销售、维修、司机协调沟通。
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, sales, maintenance, and drivers.

有责任感，能在高压环境下保持冷静与判断力。
Responsible and able to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

基本电脑技能（Excel、Whatsapp汇报、表单填写等）。
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp communication, reporting).

可优先考虑会讲中文者，便于与本地或华人客户沟通。
Mandarin speaker preferred for ease of communication with local clients and team members.
