Admin and Finance Executive

Shah Alam, Selangor [UOA Business Park - 3 mins walk from Subang Jaya LRT]

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We are a dynamic firm based in Selangor looking for a reliable Admin and Finance Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Handle day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, payment tracking, and petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and support budget monitoring.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and tax consultants.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administrative tasks such as filing, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized documentation including HR files and contracts.
  • Support meeting and interview coordination as well as internal event logistics.

HR & Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and support attendance/leave tracking.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team where required.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to statutory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or service sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
