Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative functions including order handling, shipments, deliveries, inventory control, payment collection, customer service, maintaining filing systems, and generating related documents.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and service contract proposals, ensuring timely submission.
  • Organize, coordinate, produce, and maintain correspondence and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure smooth workflow for day-to-day administration of the assigned division and its records system.
  • Support department personnel with tasks such as travel arrangements and monthly schedules as needed.
  • Handle all correspondences (emails, letters) professionally and maintain systematic filing in a timely manner.
  • Take and prepare minutes for relevant meetings.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; experience in Sales/Service operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity, strong negotiation skills, and minimal supervision.
