Overview:

Our client is a growing B2B company looking for a young, energetic, and dedicated Affiliate
Marketing Manager. You will be leading the Affiliate Marketing Team and working closely
with both internal and external teams to achieve acquisition and retention goals of affiliatepartners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and guiding team members to achieve their targets by reviewing theirperformance metrics while optimizing resources and maintaining a cost-effectiveapproach.
  • Manage and oversee the company's affiliate marketing program, including recruitingnew affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing affiliates and ensuringcompliance with program guidelines.
  • Oversees marketing initiatives performance and provide strategic advice to improvisethe campaign.
  • Export and analyse on affiliates performance report and make necessary arrangementto maintain and boost affiliates retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with thenecessary tools, resources, and support to effectively promote the company's productsand services.
  • Provide solutions based on feedback reports and discussion with relevant departments.
  • Consistently conduct market research to identify the latest marketing movement onaffiliate recruitment.
  • Provide ideas on better affiliate scheme offers to remain ahead in the market.
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime.
  • Lead and manage two teams - Affiliate Marketing and Key Account Team.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
    Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in BusinessStudies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication,
    Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies onvarious channels including Faceebok/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with affiliate marketing in relevant industries.
  • Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Required language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips.
