About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will play a crucial administrative role, contributing to the overall success of our electrical and electronic engineering business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the Administration team, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
  2. Assisting in the procurement process, such as raising purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and liaising with suppliers.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities.
  4. Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  5. Helping to ensure the smooth running of the office by undertaking various clerical and organizational duties.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
