Develop an industrial packaging client base in Malaysia.
Gather competitor pricing and market strategies.
Achieve the annual sales target.
Maintain customer records using the CRM system.
Liaise with the China technical team for customized client solutions.
Facilitate communication between local Malay/English-speaking clients and technical departments.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Business or Engineering.
Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably with a packaging or logistics background.
Skills: Technical drawing interpretation is a plus (product training provided).
Attributes: Strong cross-border negotiation skills, willing to travel.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.
Structured sales training provided by China HQ.
