Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel maintenance, particularly in managing MEP (Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing) systems, as well as a strong background in maintaining pools, gyms, and spa treatment rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s facilities, identifying areas needing repair or maintenance.
• Manage and oversee the maintenance team, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair works and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guest services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for various hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel standards and policies.
• Maintain relationships with external contractors and service providers when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a boutique hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, engineering, and plumbing.
• Experience in maintaining pools, gyms, and spa treatment rooms is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
