Develop, manage, and explore Complementary Business (C-BIZ)'s new business entities through strategic Joint Venture & ownership schemes. Monitor overall partner performance via business analysis, development of new business models, performance monitoring, and project management to generate new revenue streams and maximize ROI.
Business Plan & Development
Plan and develop C-BIZ’s new business models through strategic Joint Ventures and partnerships. Study market behavior, provide data on market scenarios, and analyze partner performance to identify and propose optimal partners and partnership models.
JV Business Performance Analysis & Business Expansion
Evaluate and analyze JV partner performance by assessing P&L, outlet sales, OPEX, and operating profit. Recommend expansion, closure, or strategic directions to maximize profit sharing and ROI.
Develop expansion plans based on performance analysis, identify suitable locations and market segments, and introduce new JV partners or offerings at PETRONAS stations.
Performance Management & Optimization
Review and monitor partner performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for partnership strategies, including new business models, site availability, rental rates, and tenancy terms to optimize income and efficiency.
Project Management
Develop and oversee project plans for JV expansion, determining investment amounts, locations, timelines, and partners. Monitor progress to ensure ROI maximization and timely project completion.
Marketing & Promotion
Design and propose marketing campaigns based on customer insights to boost partner sales and traffic at PETRONAS stations. Monitor campaign effectiveness for future improvements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, or Property Management from a recognized institution.
8-10 years’ experience in Marketing or Property Management, preferably in retail, convenience stores, or food services.
Skills include Communication (L3), Interpersonal Skills (L3), Marketing (Negotiation & Strategic Orientation), Implementation (L4), Finance Business (L3), Analytical Thinking (L4).
