Job description

Process customer orders, sales processing, goods exchange/refund duties, including payment collection.

Provide assistance to distributors/customers inquiries and feedback with swift responses in a professional and effective manner.

Have basic product knowledge to assist customer inquiries, recommend suitable product packages, and provide related information to distributors.

Handle all incoming calls/emails/faxes regarding distributor inquiries, stock returns, feedback, and complaints.

Compile and maintain customer records by updating distributor account database information.

Assist in daily sales report, monthly report preparation, and ad-hoc tasks.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers and distributors.

Willing to work based on shift hours.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in computer skills and company system applications.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal and customer service skills; able to work independently.
  • Hardworking, honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
