Responsibilities

• Data Operational
• Investigate and triage exceptions to clear all relevant data stream issues.
• Setup, maintenance, and termination of Entity | List | Composite | Entity XRefType based on user requests or Mandate Control List.
• Setup and maintenance of Accounting Periods and Global Tax Rates in Eagle.
• Manage STAR Object (BLOB), Global Processes, Cash, Earnings, Expenses, Expiration & Maturities in Eagle.
• Perform ad-hoc S2P Direct Processing, Roll Position & Open Lots in Eagle.
• Load and flow trades/records for TBOR, CBOR, ABOR in Eagle.
• Conduct cleanup activities such as canceling and rebooking trades due to corporate actions or incorrect accounting periods.
• Setup and maintain manual Corporate Action Events and processes.
• Manage Data Quality Management (DQM) by investigating and triaging data-related exceptions (e.g., accruals, dividends, corporate actions, price movements, missing data, security master).
• Setup and maintain Security Master attributes, including variable rates and cross-reference mappings.
• Perform daily and monthly Pricing activities, monitor pricing issues, and validate unsupported price sources.
• Understand and support the use of Aladdin Green Package for daily processes, ensuring data quality and supporting investment operations.
• Monitor real-time data and notifications via Aladdin Dashboard to analyze and resolve urgent data issues.
• Handle Performance Data Operations and documentation analysis.

Requirements

• Degree with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in performance or investment data.
• Experience with performance calculation of large asset management firms, including strategic asset allocation and attribution.
• Knowledge of various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds, and private assets.
• Experience managing business process documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Prior experience with BNYM Eagle & Blackrock Aladdin is highly preferred.
• Strong self-motivation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
