Build patterns and develop technical specs that bring designs to life.

Partner with sourcing to develop accurate prototypes.

Conduct fittings, make alterations, and ensure perfect fit and silhouette.

Troubleshoot construction challenges and deliver practical solutions.

Stay plugged into global fashion trends and market insights.

Conduct competitive analysis and fabric research to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Contribute to trend forecasting and future-proof design decisions.

4. Agility & Innovation

Pivot swiftly when timelines or market demands shift — you thrive on creative problem-solving.

What You Bring:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related discipline.

Min 1+ years of hands-on experience in fashion design and production.

Solid understanding of textiles, pattern making, and garment construction.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.

Exceptional sense of style and detail-oriented approach to design.

Strong grasp of international fashion trends, especially in modest fashion.

Confident communicator who can clearly express design ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
