Location: Kuala Lumpur/Cyberjaya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday/Sunday)
Position: Personal Driver to Board of Director

We are seeking a trustworthy and experienced Personal Driver to support our Board of Director (BOD). This role requires a professional individual with excellent driving skills, knowledge of local routes, and the ability to provide flexible and reliable support for both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safely transport the Board of Director to and from meetings, appointments, events, and other engagements.
  2. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and the overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
  3. Schedule and monitor routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
  4. Plan efficient travel routes considering traffic, road conditions, and time constraints.
  5. Keep records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  6. Assist the BOD with personal errands or tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Be flexible with work hours, including early mornings, evenings, or extended hours as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability.
  • Physically fit and able to assist with light errands if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Experience in a corporate or executive environment is a plus.
