To handle administrative duties and support customer service functions for the day-to-day operations of the Club's front office. Attend inquiries, provide information, and handle incoming telephone calls.

In general, the Front Office Officer will carry out the following:

  1. Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests.
  2. Greet and attend to members' needs and inquiries.
  3. Take and record bookings as received.
  4. Coordinate and follow-up with various departments on all other work-related matters.
  5. Perform any other related assignments and duties pertaining to the general nature of Front Office as & when required by the Club.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • SPM and above or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Interpersonal savvy, able to build good relationships internally and externally.
  • Good organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Neat and presentable.
  • Willing to work flexible hours - shift work.
