About the role

Four Star is a leading provider of premium sleep products, seeking passionate Retail Consultants to join our showroom in SS2, Petaling Jaya. As a Retail Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to help customers find the perfect sleep solutions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a warm and welcoming shopping experience for all customers
2. Demonstrating and educating customers on our range of premium mattresses, bedding, and sleep accessories
3. Assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their individual sleep requirements
4. Processing sales transactions and providing post-sales support
5. Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
7. Meeting sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• A keen eye for detail and a flair for visual merchandising
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate and advise customers
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
