About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Finance Senior Executive to join our team at Beacon Hospital Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a key member of our finance department, you will play an integral role in maintaining the financial health and reporting of our organisation. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Performing month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Participating in special projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
• Providing support and guidance to junior members of the finance team, contributing to their professional development

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial management software
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector
