Position Summary

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for enhancing LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort’s brand across all digital platforms, including the company’s website, social media, CRM, eCommerce/ticketing, and other digital marketing channels. The role involves executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and supporting communications to develop a strong brand image of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the delivery of brand direction, recommend improvements, protect the brand, and ensure alignment with LEGO and LEGOLAND guidelines.
  2. Optimize digital marketing channels and ad materials across platforms such as Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to maintain online presence and drive sales based on trends and insights.
  3. Design and implement strategies to achieve campaign objectives, track results, and optimize continuously.
  4. Set up campaigns and develop marketing approaches for different audience segments.
  5. Create and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize campaign performance.
  6. Lead creative optimization and update campaign performance in collaboration with the internal brand team.
  7. Track and report on key metrics for campaigns, analyze performance, identify improvements, and justify decisions.
  8. Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and share learnings with the team and stakeholders.
  9. Build and maintain the eCommerce website, including product creation and backend management.
  10. Coordinate with internal brand and marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
  11. Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and consumer journeys to enhance engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
  2. 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, either in agencies or on the client side.
  3. Experience in digital performance marketing is preferred.
  4. Basic knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, eCommerce, and CMS is advantageous.
  5. Strong copywriting skills.
  6. Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  7. Excellent communication skills suitable for various management levels.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools.
