To maximize sales in assigned HFB and to serve as a source of knowledge and expertise for the team. The role requires a deep knowledge of the product range, local market, customers, store layout, IKEA digital tools, and the experience and expertise of colleagues. Support the efficient operation of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued execution and success of the IKEA Concept.
