Manage and organize technical documents, drawings, and correspondence.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date document registers.
Generate reports and support project documentation needs.
Maintain secure and traceable storage of all documents.
Handle archiving and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Support environmental protection and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
Prepare and submit monthly job assessment summaries to HQ.
Compile Foreign Workers Kongkad data and summarize OT hours.
Address employee inquiries and provide on-site HR support.
Oversee site office operations, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics to support site activities.
Prepare and submit claims to the finance system.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in document control and administration, preferably in construction.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
