About The Role

We value agility, innovation, and a proactive approach. We are currently expanding our German Sales team and looking for a motivated and native German-speaking Sales Account Executive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division. As a German-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers. This role requires excellent communication skills in German, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Mission
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts
  • Proactively support customers in using our products and services
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
  • Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction
  • Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products
Your Profile
  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
  • Experience in Sales and Account Management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall) and common office applications
  • Fluent in German (native or C2 level) and English, other languages are a plus
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
