Product Specialist - Medical Sales (Northern)
We are currently hiring a Sales Representative based in the Klang Valley, responsible for covering the Northern and Central regions.
- Sales targeted role that involves meet-up and presentation to professionals from healthcare industry.
- Servicing existing customers and at the same time sourcing for new opportunities to expand company’s business.
- Sustaining rapport with customers by making periodic visits, close follow-up, giving products demonstration / training etc.
- Designing, establishing, and implementing strategic sales plans to capture new opportunities and to ensure company’s strong presence in the market.
- Quoting, negotiating price and following up on tender to achieve assigned sales target.
- Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting superior in managing and coordinating communication and promotional programmes to strengthen position of company’s products in the market.
- Monitoring and soliciting feedback on marketing program effectiveness, propose and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Periodical updates to superior on sales, sales activities, sales forecast and provide feedback from the market.
- Weekly planning & reporting of work schedule and activities including Continuous Medical Education (CME).
- Participates in all trade exhibitions, conferences, clinical workshops and other projects as determined by the Management.
- Conducts all business activities in accordance with company policy, ethical standards, and compliance obligations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in sales. Fresh graduates are welcome, on the job training will be provided.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must possess own car and a valid driving license.
- Must be willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation.
- Passionate of achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently
- Knowledge / Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
