A leading company in the beverage sector is seeking a Sales Manager to drive market growth and client engagement. Conduct market intelligence surveys and review the performance of each market segment.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations or make sales calls to existing and potential clients.
Develop new markets and execute sales activities to meet targets set by management.
Organize sales visits within the assigned region to gather market information and assess customer satisfaction.
Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate sample arrangements and ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods.
Collaborate with the audit team to ensure sales procedures and controls comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor the movement of finished goods for both export and domestic orders.
Prepare cost analyses and submit quotations to customers.
Monitor overdue payments and manage payment collections.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure the timely issuance and delivery of sales invoices to customers.
Prepare and submit a weekly sales update for the current month.
Coordinate with domestic customers regarding delivery arrangements.
Follow up on new domestic customer inquiries.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or industrial beverage sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
