Your new role
Support to Managing Director/Regional Director/Business Director
- Process all general work for the Managing Director/Regional Director and Business Director in the most efficient manner.
- Prepare statistical information including targets and budgets as directed by the MD/RD/BD.
- Attend management and strategy meetings.
- Provide insight and contributions towards business strategy and projects (both planning and execution).
Administration
- Manage the administration for all new starters.
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including office management, document processing, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide operational support through creation of compliance reports, league tables, statistical trends and analysis and other projects as requested by senior management.
People management
- Direct, supervise and monitor workflow for all office administration staff on a day-to-day basis for general administration, reporting and reception.
- Monitor leave and attendance of all administration staff and ensure that all leave is documented.
Facilities Management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office systems and upkeep.
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained to meet operational needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
