About Our Client

My client is a prominent property developer in Malaysia and they are looking to expand the team out of KL. They are looking for a potential candidate to be part of their growing team in Johor.

Job Description

  • Formulate, implement, and review policies, activities, procedures, and instructions in line with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants regarding design, engineering, construction, approval, and operational matters.
  • Prepare project budgets and cash flow projections to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to develop concepts and launch suitable products.
  • Review and provide technical feedback on project plans, ensuring alignment with innovative elements and budget constraints.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the project team to achieve corporate goals and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with experience liaising with government authorities.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property development, with exposure to high-rise construction, township developments, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with GBI quality requirements is an added advantage.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a project team.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
