Responsibilities:
  1. Project and Program Management: Lead and support various HR projects and programs, ensuring their timely and successful completion. This includes determining and developing approaches to human resources assignments, leading HR projects that require coordination with other functions, and managing timelines and deliverables to meet project goals.
  2. Data Analytics: Review and analyze HR data in collaboration with the reporting team to provide actionable insights. Utilize data to support decision-making processes, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve HR functions and overall organizational performance.
  3. Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops aimed at driving HR initiatives and enhancing employee engagement.
  4. Issue Resolution: Identify and address urgent HR issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations. Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
  5. Leadership Engagement: Engage with leaders across the organization to understand and surface HR needs.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of HR strategies. Foster a collaborative environment to drive HR initiatives and support cross-functional projects.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HR activities, maintaining organized records and providing clear communication to stakeholders.
  8. Streamlining and Organizing: Streamline, organize, and create efficiencies for all Business HR documents, templates, and processes. Continuously evaluate and improve HR workflows to enhance productivity and reduce redundancies.
  9. AI Utilization: Leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and optimize HR processes.
