SK8 Engineering Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full-time Production Manager role in Bandar Penawar, Johor. Apply now to be part of our team.


Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Saturday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM8,000 - RM10,000 per month
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of orders.
    2. Assess project and resource requirements, including materials, labor, and equipment, to meet production targets.
    3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
    4. Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring products meet specifications and customer requirements.
    5. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of materials and finished goods.
    6. Analyze production data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

    2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

    3. Good project management skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

    4. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

    5. Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices, and logistics.

    6. Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods.

    7. Candidates with at least 4 years of experience in production management will be given priority.
