Job description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a good sense of responsibility and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
  • Quick learner and team player.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process customer orders accurately and timely according to requirements and process flow.
  • Prepare accurate delivery and billing documents before PO due date.
  • Monitor and follow up on all open sales orders to ensure fulfillment.
  • Track delivery deadlines to avoid penalties due to late delivery.
  • Generate sales quotations and purchase orders for new orders.
  • Liaise with forwarders and shipping agents for import shipments and coordinate shipment arrangements.
  • Supervise stock checks and reconcile stock variances.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and assignments as directed by superiors.
