Job Responsibilities:

  1. Process a high volume of purchase order (PO) invoices accurately and in a timely manner within the ERP system.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of PO and invoice information, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
  3. Reconcile vendor statements to confirm that all outstanding invoices are accounted for, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved quickly.
  4. Accounts Receivable:
  5. Efficiently handle a high volume of cash applications with precision and timeliness.
  6. Validate the accuracy of collection and remittance information.
  7. Reconcile customer statements to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or a Higher Diploma in Accounting.
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment preferred.
  3. Recent graduates in accounting or finance are also encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Proven proficiency in accurate typing and experience with 10-key data entry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks.
  5. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong capability for cross-team collaboration.
  6. Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus.
  7. Flexibility in adapting to multiple operating units with varying legal reporting requirements.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Korean, German, Italian, French, or Portuguese being an advantage.
