Job Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and manage Sunsuria Group’s retail and mall credit health.
  • To perform receipting and allocation in accounting system on a daily basis.
  • To follow up on overdue payments, proposals of repayment structure scheme, monitor and update account status and collection activities.
  • To send reminder letters and LOD, computation of LPIs, process credit notes and write off memos, reconcile accounts.
  • To perform analysis on tenant payment behavior and review it periodically with the management.
  • To work closely with internal and external solicitors.
  • To work closely with Finance and Leasing Team.
  • To perform month end closing and reporting for AR.
  • To attempt all requests from tenants (requests of documents, checking on account disputes, etc).
  • To keep and monitor closely on tenants post-dated cheques and deposit for payment as and when they fall due.
  • To schedule meet up with tenants who have aging issues/unpaid balances and structure payment scheme whenever necessary.
  • To reconcile accounts with tenants to resolve dispute items.
  • To highlight and propose action for defaulted cases/long overdue to the Management to obtain best recourse against debtors.
  • To perform ad hoc or special requirements as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within property sales and marketing environment, especially in the leasing of commercial and residential properties.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to build effective and long-standing partnership across relevant stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Efficient, accurate with details and with strong analytical skills.
