Job Description: Regional Support
The Regional Support role involves managing the day-to-day secretarial and administrative work at the Regional Office, supporting the Regional Head, and ensuring efficient operations across branches. Responsibilities include:
- Managing secretarial duties such as minutes writing, updating RH on branch issues, and preparing for regional meetings.
- Providing administrative support to ensure effective regional office operations.
- Supporting branches to maintain service standards.
- Undertaking additional tasks as assigned promptly and to a high standard.
Main job scope includes:
Administrative Support
- Managing filing processes, ensuring documents are properly filed, labeled, and maintained according to standards.
- Assisting in record archiving and record maintenance for RH.
- Preparing invoices, bills, and claims for RH verification.
- Managing assets and housekeeping standards.
- Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring accurate and efficient reporting from branches.
- Maintaining records of sales and operational headcount.
- Keeping the work area neat and organized.
Compliance
- Ensuring AMLA and audit standards are met.
- Completing leave compliance with at least 5 consecutive working days annually.
- Maintaining cleanliness and security of customer data/files.
Financial
- Organizing and tracking sales reports daily, monthly, and yearly.
- Preparing accurate reports related to branch sales volume and targets.
Human Capital
- Completing Employee Engagement Surveys within the designated timeline.
- Participating in training and development, with a minimum of 4 days of training hours.
- Supporting teamwork and cooperation in branch projects and events.
