Job Description: Regional Support

The Regional Support role involves managing the day-to-day secretarial and administrative work at the Regional Office, supporting the Regional Head, and ensuring efficient operations across branches. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing secretarial duties such as minutes writing, updating RH on branch issues, and preparing for regional meetings.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure effective regional office operations.
  • Supporting branches to maintain service standards.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as assigned promptly and to a high standard.

Main job scope includes:

Administrative Support
  • Managing filing processes, ensuring documents are properly filed, labeled, and maintained according to standards.
  • Assisting in record archiving and record maintenance for RH.
  • Preparing invoices, bills, and claims for RH verification.
  • Managing assets and housekeeping standards.
  • Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring accurate and efficient reporting from branches.
  • Maintaining records of sales and operational headcount.
  • Keeping the work area neat and organized.
Compliance
  • Ensuring AMLA and audit standards are met.
  • Completing leave compliance with at least 5 consecutive working days annually.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and security of customer data/files.
Financial
  • Organizing and tracking sales reports daily, monthly, and yearly.
  • Preparing accurate reports related to branch sales volume and targets.
Human Capital
  • Completing Employee Engagement Surveys within the designated timeline.
  • Participating in training and development, with a minimum of 4 days of training hours.
  • Supporting teamwork and cooperation in branch projects and events.
