Position Summary
- Maximize revenue and profit by planning and executing sales strategies optimized for the selected channel account based on regional business strategies.
- Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit through trust and teamwork with channel accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Operator Channel Accounts, responsible for sales revenue, budget management, and overall profitability.
- Develop a strong understanding and strategic focus of the Operator account. Build relationships from C-level to manager level and drive mid/long-term strategic partnerships through win-win initiatives.
- Oversee the JBP process and develop a full-year strategic plan with partners. Establish joint scorecards to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and retail to execute new product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Handle daily operations, including sales generation, client servicing, and relationship management of accounts.
- Drive product ranging and launches, including retail and enterprise segments, ensuring successful rollout.
- Conduct weekly sales call cycles to discuss campaign planning, forecast sell-in and sell-out, analyze competitors, and track roadmap progress to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage documentation related to clients.
- Plan and facilitate quarterly strategy meetings with the HOD of Operators, managing consensus with other KAMs.
- Oversee JBP execution, tracking progress and results.
- Conduct price analysis with inputs from KAMs/PMs, providing reviews and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a degree in a relevant field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of key account management experience, managing operator accounts such as Maxis, CelcomDigi, UMobile, etc.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
