Project handling : Igaming only
- Analyze customer data and behavioral trends to provide actionable insights that support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple countries.
- Review campaign performance across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web push channels, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and data experiments to evaluate campaign effectiveness, including personalization and segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design data-informed lifecycle journeys and customer retention strategies tailored to user behavior and lifecycle stages.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, user engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback to support decision-making.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform and enhance CRM content, user experience, and overall campaign performance.
- Support the localization of CRM strategies by analyzing corridor-specific user behavior and collaborating with regional teams to tailor content and offers.
- Partner with content, design, and digital teams to ensure campaign assets align with CRM objectives and are optimized based on performance insights.
- Track and maintain data quality and accuracy within the CRM system to ensure reliable reporting and customer segmentation.
- Contribute to the development of CRM playbooks, documenting best practices, findings, and testing strategies across different customer cohorts and regions.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or above. Bilingual in English, Chinese (verbal, written& read).
- Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service,Telesales, Digital Marketing, Campaign Operation (at least 6 months in the same company).
- Understanding of iGaming terms, including slots games, esports, crypto will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates major in Data Analytics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Science are welcome, entry level position available and training is provided.
