The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to align activities with the project timeline.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules for delays or unforeseen issues.
• Prepare progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage potential risks, developing contingency plans.
• Communicate schedule updates and critical path changes.
• Ensure scope changes are reflected in the schedule and assess their impact.
• Maintain records of schedules, revisions, and communications.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of construction methods and procedures.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Effective project management skills, including multitasking and timeline management.
• Analytical skills to forecast timelines and identify issues.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle challenges and keep projects on track.
