Key Responsibilities:

• Creative & Design: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for promotional videos, corporate demos, and social media reels.
• Translate technical product features into engaging storyboards, mockups, and motion graphics that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Design visually compelling website elements (banners, landing pages) that align with MAG’s brand identity and messaging.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, including the company website, videos, and social media.

Multimedia Production:

• Produce high-quality videos, animations, and graphics for social media, sales materials, and website embedding.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media, sales presentations, and website updates.
• Support sales enablement through interactive presentations and demo materials.

Website Management & Optimization:

• Collaborate with the product team to implement design changes, new features, and security updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proactively communicate progress with stakeholders and adapt to feedback.
• Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to shape campaigns that generate leads and elevate MAG’s market presence.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
• Foundational skills in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools) and graphic design (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress).
• Strong storytelling ability with a portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and technical aptitude.
• Curiosity about security/automation technology and enthusiasm for learning new software and systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering polished, audience-focused work.
