In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Work with R&D team members and product planning team on both project and product life cycle management.
  • Manage continuous improvement, cost savings, hardware revision projects, and EOL products.
  • EOL component strategy for product life cycle planning.
  • Responsible for execution such as Agile ECO/MCO, Phase-out notice, prototype build & MVR (Manufacturing Verification Readiness).
  • Lead effective project meetings.
  • Develop positive teamwork and facilitate collaboration across multiple functions.
  • Coordinate across global groups to align efforts & expectations.

You excel at taking initiative in challenging situations and seizing opportunities. You’re skilled at streamlining tasks, creating efficient workflows, and developing clear plans that optimize resource allocation. Your adaptable communication style ensures your message resonates with different audiences, and you’re quick to adjust in dynamic environments.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or Computing Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time experience in R&D with a passion for working with people.
  • Excellent English language proficiency and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of Agile product lifecycle management systems.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Good understanding of technologies such as PXI, PCIe, motherboard architecture, modular instruments, and controller architecture.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and Manufacturing teams.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and effective problem-solving skills.
