Job Responsibility
Social Media & Content Support
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and more to boost brand awareness and drive results.
- Produce engaging content that stands out across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance, using insights to fine-tune strategies and maximize impact.
- Stay ahead of visual content trends, especially within the F&B and retail industries, to ensure our campaigns remain fresh and relevant.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, CPAS) including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, and creative optimization.
- Run A/B tests to experiment with ad creatives, targeting, and strategies, then analyze results to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously research and update skills with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
PR & Brand Communication
- Develop and implement PR initiatives to build strong media presence and brand credibility.
- Draft and distribute media kits, and key messaging for brand campaigns and launches.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brandâs tone, voice, and identity.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute on-ground brand events including product launches, and experiential activations.
- Oversee event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue arrangements, branding materials, and guest engagement.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure events support product or promotional objectives.
- Evaluate event success and suggest improvements for future experiences.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Assist in the planning and roll-out of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and timelines.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials including brochures, signage, and digital assets.
- Support marketing activations, marketing collateral efforts, and sampling campaigns.
Brand Consistency & Experience
- Maintain consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
- Support the development of branded content and storytelling across marketing materials.
- Collaborate with creative and external partners to uphold brand standards.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics related to PR reach, event engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain organized records of campaigns and event materials.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing, events, or branding.
- Strong writing and communication skills with experience in media relations.
- Proven ability to manage events and support campaign execution.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and timelines.
