We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Outdoor Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through field-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Attend to new business inquiries through outdoor sales visits.
  • Conduct regular site visits, bomba inspections, and attend client meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on payments.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of outdoor/field sales experience.
  • Proven sales track record and strong business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
