Handle incoming calls and attend to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent and timely responses.
Provide internal sales support, including preparing quotations, confirmation orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Assist with sales order processing, follow up on delivery status, and track collections.
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status.
Process sales data, sales progress reports, and other related records and reports.
Communicate with customers via official emails regarding documentation submission, status monitoring, and approval processes.
Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) for each job.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
