Provide corporate, legal, and trust administration support to senior team members in servicing a diverse client portfolio.
Assist in the preparation and drafting of trust-related and corporate governance documents.
Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and corporate structures, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Manage regulatory filings and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Support transaction monitoring, due diligence, and compliance checks related to trust and corporate entities.
Conduct background screening on relevant parties as part of risk assessment procedures.
Maintain accurate and updated client records, trust databases, and data management systems.
Assist with invoicing, credit control, and other operational tasks related to trust and corporate administration.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Law, and/or a Certificate in Legal Practice (or equivalent)
Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Familiarity with trust administration, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Experience in AML/CFT compliance is a plus.
STEP qualification is an added advantage.
