Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Coordinate sales documentation with the Sales & Marketing department.
  • Maintain an accurate customer information database.
  • Provide sales support to the sales team.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Liaise with the Billing department for all service job reports.
  • Ensure proper document filing and recording.
  • Coordinate with the service and purchasing departments for smooth operations.
  • Attend to phone calls and follow up with customers.
