Job Description:

  1. Responsible for manufacturing ramp-up of FPGA products & development kits.
  2. Ensure the quality and reliability of products & development kits meet Altera requirements.
  3. Manage ODM and OSAT to comply with Altera and ISO/IATF standards.
  4. Define and monitor supplier KPIs and performance.
  5. Conduct monthly supplier review meetings, evaluate supplier quality performance quarterly, lead root cause analysis for supplier quality incidents (including customer issues), and implement CAPA with cross-functional teams.
  6. Plan, coordinate, and lead supplier audits until full closure of corrective actions; support customer audits and oversee ISO SQM topics.
  7. Lead the development of supplier change qualification plans, manage qualification and reliability monitoring activities, perform product reliability analysis, and conduct risk assessments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Micro-Electronic, Material Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Supplier Quality Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, eager to learn
  • Knowledge of assembly, testing, and board manufacturing processes, computer architecture, semiconductors, transistor reliability, and product reliability testing.
  • Statistics and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Perl, JMP, and Excel macro scripting is an advantage.
