About the role

Tadika Kinderland Kota Bharu is seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten and Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a full-time role based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, you will play a crucial part in shaping the minds and development of our young students through engaging and enriching educational experiences.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating lessons and activities that support the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children

Provide a nurturing, safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity and a love of learning

Observe and document each child's progress, and collaborate with parents and other professionals to support their needs

Organise and supervise indoor and outdoor play, mealtimes and other daily routines

Ensure all childcare practices comply with relevant regulations and centre policies

Participate in staff meetings, training and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Experience working with children in a kindergarten or childcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Enthusiasm, patience and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young minds

Able to work in a team with minimum supervision
