For this role, you are expected to:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams/stakeholders to analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
2. Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
3. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and issues.
5. Design and implement integration strategies for connecting .NET-based systems with other enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different components.
6. Optimize .NET solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. Identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to improve system efficiency and response time.
7. Ensure the security and compliance of .NET solutions by implementing appropriate security measures, authentication mechanisms, and data protection strategies.

1. Work independently to modify existing modules or implement new modules from scratch, including UI design.
2. Provide estimates for assigned JIRA stories.
3. Ensure committed sprint stories are delivered on time based on the provided estimates.

As a Software Engineer, you should have 8 to 10 years of experience in .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC with C#, ASP.NET Web APIs, Entity Framework (Code First), Web Services (SOAP/REST). You are expected to have good knowledge of XML/JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap. You are a technology enthusiast with a good understanding of MSSQL Server and API documentation. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize your work under time and workload pressures. A strong understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control, is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a multinational environment with cross-region collaboration are also expected. Proficiency in spoken and written English will be beneficial.
