Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Planning & Business Strategy

• Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to drive growth.
• Assist in preparing corporate reports, board presentations, and stakeholder communications.

Financial & Strategic Planning

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support long-term business goals.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess business performance and risks.
• Support senior management in capital allocation, investment planning, and cost optimization strategies.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic progress.

Business & Operational Analysis

• Analyze business trends and financial data to provide insights on revenue growth and cost management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve business efficiency, performance, and sustainability efforts.
• Identify process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.

Qualification & Skills:

5+ years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, financial analysis, or business consulting.

Strong knowledge of business planning, strategic management, and financial planning.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment evaluation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Background in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Location: On-site in Greater Johor Baharu
