Senior Production Supervisor - Based in Kulai

We are seeking suitable candidates to apply for the position of Senior Production Supervisor in our convenient, team-oriented work environment in Kulai, Johor.

You will play an important role to:

• Lead a team of production supervisors and operators to achieve production schedules and ensure product quality.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing activities across multiple lines.
• Manage daily production schedules and discuss optimal production arrangements with stakeholders.
• Ensure all shop floor activities adhere to company requirements.
• Conduct effective manpower planning to optimize labor efficiency and productivity.
• Lead monthly cycle count activities.
• Understand each module process thoroughly.
• Comprehend the overall production process.
• Participate in cost reduction activities and improvement projects.
• Provide training and change management information to team leaders and supervisors across shifts.
• Prepare reports on production status for management and customers, and communicate effectively during meetings.
• Ensure performance appraisals for subordinates are conducted as per company policies.
• Represent the Head of Department (HOD) during their absence.
• Support supervisors in their absence.
• Approve leave forms for team members.
• Monitor and enforce safety and disciplinary procedures to maintain a safe and disciplined work environment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001/14001 and 27001 policies and standards, as well as RBA policies.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by superiors or management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Organizational skills, fast learning ability, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both Malay and English.
• Discipline in timely task execution.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and leadership skills.
